Office availability is sporadic, but in 2.5 years I never experienced any mechanical/technical/environmental issues. I was always easily able to access my interior space, except during one exceptionally bad ice storm. The halls were always clean and comfortably heated/air conditioned. I never worried about my possessions.

I have been a long time customer. I paid for this last month but cleared out almost all with half the month left. I got hit for $100.00 because they needed to move some wood pieces ( squirrel nest inside) to the dumpster. I felt ripped off because half the remaining month should have covered it. It’s also a bit weird that a squirrel nest was in my unit.

Great place, very clean, safe and professional! They have any size unit you need, we have had several different sizes and at a good price. I've been renting to large units for 10 years at Scotty's self Storage and have never had a problem one! Great place to store your valuables

Self check in after booking is easy and quick for when the office is closed. Staff is friendly and super helpful. I needed accommodation and understanding at one point while using the facility and the staff was great.

Today I rented a storage unit in the climate controlled area of Scotty’s Self-Storage (Country Fair) and I was beyond impressed. I arrived and the facility/grounds are impeccable. Driving up one is greeted by a beautiful landscape display of flowers in the manicured garden beds. Entering into the office area there are mix of modern & trendy furniture (and more beautiful plants!) I was treated so nice by John who gave me a full tour of the unit I wished to rent. I can’t even believe I was at a storage facility because it is just so welcoming and high end. I was beyond impressed on how CLEAN and perfectly maintained SCOTTY’s Self-Storage facility is. They definitely take it to the “next level”. John helped to set up an account with auto-pay which is so convenient. He also helped inform me of all the rules. A was able to purchase a lock from them so I was ready to go right from the start. Knowing that they are so malicious makes me feel like my stored items will be safe. Access to the Facility is convenient and lots of cameras on premises gives me peace of mind that the highest security is provided. If you need storage solutions SCOTTY’s won’t disappoint! A++++++++++++

Omg, I had an amazing phone conversation with John this morning. He was working at the Country Fair facility. Very professional, understanding to my questions and answered them very well. So polite and helpful! I’ve been with this facility when In need for many years and would definitely insist that you use their clean storage spaces! Great work Scotty’s Storage!
