Poor, unprofessional and dishonest customer services. I went to both locations in need of help and neither one of the sisters (because each location has one of them) was able to help me. Instead of being honest as to why they could not assist, they lied making up a story in hopes I would believe it. Shame on the owners of these locations who hire people who have no interest in professional and honest customer service.

Julian is amazing and helped me set up my phone and even helped me learn the functions like Google pay and ect. He is friendly and did a great job.

My daughter hadn't been able to get or make non apple user phone calls for almost 2 months. After being told to contact AppleCare and driving to AppleStore in Matteson I decided to come back to Cricket. Fortunately Melissa and Julian were on duty!!! They were both awesome and I'm happy to say everything is fine with her phone now. Thanks for the great customer service!

After a slew of consistent issues in my life recently, the unfortunate technical error when I upgraded my phone and added a line which caused me to not have my phone for work for a day, ended up barrelling through my well maintained DBT skills and I was a bit of a wreck. I called Angel to go over my issue; he listened very patiently and asked for a chance to see if he can remedy my situation. There was a possible technical glitch, so we weren't sure. Even ChatSupport, having spent 2 hours with me and actually making things worse, had a weird glitch that was causing some confusion. This was looking like it might have been something a store wouldn't have been able to solve easily and I was full of uncertainty. That doesn't mix well with anxiety and a mentally taxing week.
I often get dismissed when people hear emotions out of me, even when they aren't attacking or aggressive: Even being fearful and uncertain can make people listen less. Before I ever walked in, I felt like I would at least get a decent effort and worked to calm my nerves so I could bring as much of my normal energy to his space as I was able to muster. Not only did he manage to fix the issue and get our phones working perfectly, he did it in an unexpectedly swift amount of time. Bonus: We had a lovely conversation in the mean time.
I've been a Cricket customer for over 10 years now because it's legit. And, really, these kind of moments exist across all phone carriers, so it's not like switching would have prevented these issues in the future; but I was close to doing so anyways just to have my phone back. It's vital for my job. I had work piling up and the more it piles up the more I risk accidentally misplacing some kind of important information. I couldn't stand the idea of another day without a phone. Angel helped me to feel I wouldn't have to and then prevented it entirely.
Thank you again! Your compassion and patience are very valuable and admirable traits which show signs of high emotional intelligence. That will take you farther in life than you may realize: It's not as common as we think it is.

Kit and his manager were very helpful and attentive to our needs. They made sure we were taken care of. The vibe and the envirnoment is calm and soothing. They answered every question i had and even went beyond i felt taken care of and i recommend ic you need a better phone service go to cricket by the mall they will take care of you.
