Benny the new employee there was quick to help me get my phone activated with intention and care. The store manager Demi had a great deal of patience and earnestness to help me in finding a phone I'd really be satisfied with. Would highly recommend going to the Cricket at this location with this team on staff

Came into this store as I am considering switching from Verizon. I had the pleasure of bombarding Mr. Munoz with all of my questions in regards to Cricket service maps, monthly billing plans, perks, discounts and insurance policies. He answered them all confident and efficiently showing me in writing what I wanted. Thanks for the great service.

Update your hours online. I driver 45 minutes to get here and it says on the door you don't open until 11am. Online shows 8am. Thanks for the waste of fuel and time.
