Horrible. Do not buy vehicle from here. The car will break down and they will only put a bandaid on it until it breaks down again. RED FLAGS. 🚩 Not safe. They will lie and cheat you.

Terrible experience with this dealership. The male owner promised the car would last a year or two, but when I went back, he denied ever saying that and the female owner tried to guilt me into letting it go. They do not inspect or repair the cars properly, just clean them up to trick buyers. Avoid this place, especially if you are not familiar with cars.

Does a good job cleaning cars instead of keeping it at good condition. They sell their car 2-3 k higher than the actual market price but the quality is not any better. Watch out for hidden issues and don’t buy into what they trying to tell you.

I flew from Florida to pick up a car for my granddaughter. I cannot begin to explain what a positive experience it was. My flight was delayed and they waited hours after they should have been closed for me to arrive. Their responsiveness in keeping me updated and reassuring me I would not be stranded late on a Friday night was more than I ever expected. They showed a level of customer service I have not experienced in decades. The car was exactly as described and my granddaughter could not be happier. We know where to go for our family’s next automobile purchase. Thank you, CU Auto Plaza!
