Excellent customer service! We just had a new water softener installed a few days ago. Andy was quick, quiet, and friendly while working in our basement. He explained everything very clearly, and was very knowledgeable about the softener and the company. He even went the extra mile and fixed a leaky pipe he noticed when first arriving, saving me at least a couple hundred dollars in the process. Crossing that additional fix off my list of home projects made my week, sad as that may be.Cody, the owner, has also been very pleasant to work with. He did a free home water test, making sure to ask lots of questions, and test both the hard and soft water to know which unit would take on our well water the best. He’s worked patiently with us to make sure we feel well cared for after two years of struggling with high iron, and dishonest deals. We’re glad to have found a company that guarantees the units they install and the work they do.

One star only because I cannot go negative. We have been getting salt delivery for a few years. We are both over 65, and use the service so I don't have to haul 50 lb sacks to the basement. They are random in their delivery time. We were expecting a delivery today, and my wife is visiting family, so I called around 10 am to get an ETA. The person that answered said we were on the afternoon route. I specifically asked if I could run an errand for a couple of hours, and she said yes. Of course the delivery came when I was out (we have a doorbell cam). I instructed to leave the sacks on the back porch, which means I have to haul them down with my 66 years of age and herniated disk. Although they were apologetic, the only "solution" they proposed was to send someone the next day to carry the bags to the basement (another questionable half-day window). In the age of GPS and cell phone, this idea of a half-day delivery window, and then missing THAT, is inexcusable. Sadly they are a local monopoly.

The residents of Oakwood, Illinois, were experiencing a water outage due to multiple main breaks, which were caused by extremely cold weather, and Culligan of Champaign stepped up to the challenge. They delivered and unloaded almost 400 cases of water for the Oakwood community. Andy, one of their sales reps, was great and the delivery team was fantastic. Many thanks Culligan!
