I ALWAYS have a pleasant visit to CVS pharmacy inside of Target. They are always nice, patient, and friendly. If I have any question they are ALWAYS eager to ask.

Switched to CVS in Target a few months ago because it is close to my house and have not regretted it at all. My prescriptions are filled quickly and I don't have to wait for more than 5-10 minutes to pick them up. Staff is always courteous

I have never been a CVS fan, but the Champaign Target location is great. Terry and the rest of the team are prompt and caring. They have a tough job but they do it well. Thank you!

I am switching pharmacies because of the new pharmacist who was working at this CVS this afternoon (12/22/22), and yesterday evening. I received a text yesterday letting me know my wife's medication was ready to pick up, but when I arrived, this employee was there and was extremely rude, accused me of lying, and told me the medication wouldn't arrive til the next day. Today, I got another text saying it was ready, but when I showed up 10 minutes later this same employee was sitting behind the closed shutters eating lunch, and even more rudely than the day before told me I had to wait another half hour before I could pick up the medication. This is after driving out there in a blizzard to get my wife's medication for endometriosis, which she suffers permanent and life-threatening harm from if she has to go without her medication. It's fortunate that I was able to stay there for that extra half hour, or I may not have been able to get this medication until who knows when. This woman was not just rude, she was criminally irresponsible, and because of her I'm switching pharmacies. I have also registered a formal complaint with CVS.

4 stars compared to walmart, assuming Walmart is an average (2 - star discount store). Cleaner, generally better staff, slightly less evil. Grocery are a bit of a laugh. Often faster checkout. Much better service at the customer service desk.
