I absolutely love this place! My sons social skills has increased significantly, the structure is amazing. Joy is an amazing directer she runs an amazing facility and has a phenomenal staff. I love being able to pay my bill online, I love the random pictures I get of my little guy throughout the day. They are so organized, I honestly can go on and on. They are well worth every penny!

My son attended for one month last year. I spent a considerable amount, yet the service received was not commensurate. At that time, my baby was six months old, a late pre-term infant with low birth weight. Although he was there for only five days (and not the entire day), I paid the full fee for a full month.
There is one nanny assigned for every four to five babies. Except for one occasion, I found my baby crying in his crib whenever I arrived to pick him up. There was no one to attend to him or hold him, and he was often left nearly unfed. It appeared to me that the facility was severely understaffed, and the management does not provide adequate compensation for the staff. I am not certain if they have upgraded their service. But, from the experiences I received, I cannot recommend this Kindercare location to others, particularly for infants of such a young age.

Only been bringing my 2 year old here a few weeks but it’s really been great I love his teachers they are so good with him and even started working on potty training with him which helps us at home. Thank you so much

My wife and I had our son Alexander here and we really liked it and everyone was extremely kind and generous and we thought they gave great care to our son. We wish we were able to stay but we just couldn't make it work with our schedule but we definitely recommend there childcare services! 10/10

Went for a tour and there needs to be some major cleaning and organizing done in this facility. Teachers seem nice but at first glance it’s a no for me.

The Only positive to this facility at first glance is the hours provided, along with the offering of bus service to unit 4 schools .
Unfortunately It made me select one star to post this review.

I’m sorry an honest review of care from your director of the facility and her staff offended you once again. Everything I stated comes with evidence.
As One thing in life you don’t settle with is your childrens Heath and well-being outside of your care!
I don’t recommend this facility, there are much better choices in CU.

I would highly recommend this center to everyone! Joy and Lainey are the absolute best. I trust my kiddo with them over anyone else. They greet every single person that walks through the door with a smile. My daughter has learned how to sign, eat with a spoon and share with others. If you need childcare look no further!

My daughter has attended this center for 9 months in the infant room. I could not be happier with the director or the teachers here. They are always doing new activities, exposing her to new ideas, toys, and experiences, and they care for her so much. Whenever I drop her off, she always smiles and waves at her teachers, so I know that she is happy while she's here. This gives me the greatest peace as a mother. I definitely recommend the center.

Kindercare has always been so great to me and my son. I took my son here as an infant through preschool. I have loved all of their teachers and Sue is so loving and caring. I recommend them 100%.
