This used to be a great store with great customer service. You can get similar customer service at a big box store for a third less. After you make the purchase they nickel and dime you to death. After being screwed over too many times I am taking my business elsewhere. I recommend you do the same. This store has terrible customer service.

Terrible service. Came home from work and tech didn't wait for me to get there...only take 2 minutes. Seemed more interested in collecting his $69 and leaving. I was ready to buy a new fridge if he thought this one wasn't worth fixing. I'm still going to buy one but not from Appliance World. Service manager was that much better. Claimed it was a 'busy' day...

I purchased a high end Kitchen Aid refrigerator 2 years ago. Immediately had problems with the ice machine which took over a month for their service department to solve. In December I noticed the freezer not cooling and called for service. Had to wait 2 weeks for someone to come out by then the refrigerator had also stopped cooling. It has now been 2 months (during Christmas mind you) of not having a working fridge in my home ( small one in the garage). They have sent out 4 different technicians who say something different each time. I continually have to call them to ask of the status of my repair, instead of them reaching out to me. In short terrible service and no result.

Had two deliveries from Garrett and Mike. They did a fantastic job both times. On time and very professional. They installed a washer, dryer, and dishwasher. Everything was hooked up quickly and without any issues. Did a great job. Good guys. 10/10 would definitely recommend these guys!

We have bought several appliances from them over the years, and I must say their service has really fallen off their game. We have a Bosch dishwasher (Bosch has also fallen off their game IMHO) that threw an error code. After difficulty getting though to service, they scheduled us for a couple of weeks out. I thought with the error code and the details of the model and date of purchase, the repairman would be able to fix it, but no, he cannot order the part unless he confirms the error with his own eyes. He told me he would put in an order for the part, and they would call me when it came in to schedule the repair. After waiting some days, I called today and the part is in (so call me like you said, OK?) but the repair cannot be scheduled for another two weeks. All told the best case is we will be without a dishwasher for over a month.

I appreciate an appliance store that allows you ample time to walk the store before the sales staff swoops in. I was able to order the refrigerator we wanted, however they would only match the competitors price if they also matched the competitors warranty. This should be divulged when they offer the price matching policy.

I thought this was the right place to go from the reviews. The salesman was awesome. Went in wanting Samsung but was highly recommended to buy GE by salesman. Ended up buying GE Cafe stove, microwave, and refrigerator. We bought these in April. The microwave had an issue from the 3rd day. GE replaced the microwave. Same issue as old one. GE replaced the motherboard on the replacement. Same issue. Now GE is going to replace the microwave again. Replacement was scheduled for 4/26/23. Got a text on 4/25/23 to confirm appt. Which I confirmed yes. 4/26/23 at 11:00 am cst nothing from DVD. Called them and was told it didn't come in on truck. So I took the day off to be here, wasted half the day waiting, then told not coming. Over the last 4+ months dealing with trying to get a microwave that works I have dealt with some very rude people at DVD. Have sent video proof to them showing what the issue is. The salesman won't call me back. Been told to call GE. I bought it from DVD! Actually I wish someone with knowledge from GE would call me. DVD has to have a rep from GE. Have that rep get ahold of me. Instead of waisting my time to take days off for a service repair person to come to my house and say I don't know how to fix, let me call GE. GE lets replace the microwave without knowing if the replacement has had the issue with video proof I have showed them been fixed. So if you want to buy an appliance DVD has a great selection., Fair prices. But you better hope you don't have problems with it or it will be a nightmare! One example of the nightmare is my scheduled appt had to be canceled by DVD. I was told it was because its hot out and people with broken refrigerators needed fixed first because they keep medicine in it. Ok, this may be true and a bad situation for that person but I should not of been told that. If I was asked today would I recommend DVD the answer is definitely not.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff . Able to answer all questions we had about appliances we were looking at. Installers also did a great job.
