Bad, overpriced service.I just wanted to follow up on my order that I just received by pointing out how poorly it was handled by you and Dixon and what a rip-off this was from start to finish.• You sat on my order for a month without contacting me—I had to call you,• charged me four times what I had this done for by Weiskamp and could have had done locally for $5 at most,• stupidly assumed that I was going to pick up the order when the ship to address in another state was right on the PO,• called me anyway to ask if I wanted it shipped,• and to add insult to injury, charged me $24! to ship these when it should have only cost $10 at most.Needless to say, I won’t be back.

I always go Dixon for printing. They’re fast, reliable, great quality and great people & great owner! Ilia always helps me and is incredible. I’ve had everything printed from business cards & wedding invites to one off poster size prints. This place rules!

Very unprofessional, claimed to have no records of order placed, confirmed to them with credit card receipt. Very unfriendly throughout the management chain. Surprised how local organizations are dealing with this kind of outright unprofessional (restraining to use the word fraud here) service and personal. Not even willing to entertain any effort to look up if an order was delivered and gave vague generic responses. Going to report to CU chamber of commerce and Better Business bureau.

After spending an entire evening online trying to find the correct sizes and decent quality for wedding invites from online printers like Shutterfly, Vistaprint, ect. We decided to attempt calling local shops, and am now kicking myself for not saving myself the stress and starting out with Dixon. After contacting them I had a quote and sample within 2 hours, and one day later we had the perfect invites, RSVPs, and details cards you could possibly ask for. These guys were amazing and we will be returning to them for every printing job we could ever need in the future. Save yourself some time not to mention money and stop shopping the online shops and go to Dixon's.

I printed notebooks here for sale and Bruce was very helpful with choosing a paper and gave me a good advices about design. It’s nice that I can come and see myself colors and choose everything. Every time I've taken print jobs to them, they've done excellent work with a quick turnaround. They have matched the color profile on print to the digital files I've uploaded. Their website is uncomplicated and easy to use, from getting a quote to uploading the job. I highly recommend Dixon Graphics.
