This specific store hasn’t had available carts for a year. Went in yesterday with my baby, seen ONE & employees were using it to haul products to stock the shelves.

Around 9:30am 12/16/2024, Refused to recharge my green dot card. Maybe they don't want to keep cash or maybe they have a limit, I have no idea , but ridiculously blamed my card, blamed the green dot.
Showed me the screen that poped up a rejection with a description unrelated to recharging of the card.
I think he just pressed some buttons and popped up a random rejection on some other unrelated things.
Bad tricks!
I have recharged at this store at least 6-7 times. Ridiculous!
I went to Family dollar immediately recharged.
Never shop at here again and will share to all others.

Usually have good selections but I swear they are always sold out of sugar. Increase your truck order for it or something.

There's only one or two things priced correct in this dang store. And the shift lead, high price paid manager on duty was nasty to us. Not mean, nasty...there is a difference. Just because your store is in a bad location doesn't give your employees the right to be nasty to your customers. Please help them out. Thanks

I'm a single man and I go in quite often. So I stop in to grab a few items and ran into the worst cashier I've ever encountered. I've been a business owner and have been in customer service most of my life. I don't know her name but on my receipt there's nothing but numbers they are 07187. I assume they are her numbers but if you like being treated like a stray dog then please by all means look her up at the Dollar general on Bloomington rd in Champaign IL. I will not be going back there.

So it is 8:15 lights on in the store door to inside unlocked and door to the outside locked called the store X4 only to get unanswered calls then busy signal. There over 10 people waiting. All the dollar general's in Champaign are ghetto and filthy, never stocked and dirty, employees be to busy on phones than doing work. Y'all is a step away from garbage
