looking to buy a bike, doors locked - someone came and unlocked as we walked away. Waited for assistance for 20+ minutes and left with out even being acknowledged. Saw owner at his car as we were driving away - my husband asked if they sold bikes at this location and owner said understaffed and he was too busy ? He was with a new employee working on bikes.

I had such a good experience with Durst! Their sales staff is friendly and professional, and helped me find the right ebike for me. They quickly dealt with a small issue I had. I highly recommend Durst.

James fixed our Life Fitness treadmill and provided excellent service at a reasonable price. We also really appreciate them even taking the job because we live in Bloomington. James came out and diagnosed the problem and then came back to install new parts. Will definitely purchase any future fitness equipment from Durst and highly recommend them.

I went in excited to learn about skateboards and maybe buy one but the old guy with the skateboards just made me feel bad and acted like all my questions were stupid. I left and had a great experience at Skeuwep. Night and day difference.

Every time I've gone in there they are rude and not helpful at all!! They know nothing about skateboarding and if you're not buying anything bike related they just blow you off. Go to a REAL skate shop people. Will never buy anything from them again.

Got hit by a car two years ago, my bike was badly mangled. Was told by friends it was too far gone. Denver from Durst was able to fix it in a timely manner. I'm so grateful!!!!!!

I would not be recommending this bicycle shop to anyone, and I will never go back. I bought a Bike from them about five months ago and I was told that I had free repairs and adjustments for a year… I had two spokes break and I went to get them replaced and my gears adjusted. I knew that I would have to more than likely pay for my parts but I also had to pay to true the wheel, which cost $35. So they just flat don’t live up to their agreement, Oh yeah and my bike has not shifted proper since.

Brought my bike in with what I thought was 2 flat tires and overall in need of a major tune-up. I’m thinking 2-3 weeks and $100 at least.

I took a bike in to get a new derailleur installed the total was 60-70 dollars before winter the bike was rode maybe 10 times and the derailleur came apart so i took it back in and they did not stand behind their work and basically blamed me for undoing some screws witch I didn’t.
