“CJ helped me on August 20 with a battery replacement on my iPhone 15 ProMax. He was swamped with customers and told me to come back in an hour and a half and he’d have it done. Of course, I’m impatient so I showed up after only an hour. He had just finished! My new battery is a genuine Apple battery and works great! My review is prompted because today…about 2 weeks later, I realized the crack in my screen protector was gone. I called them up and CJ put a new screen protector on at no additional charge! I really appreciate him going the extra mile and doing that. His service was excellent and doing something nice as an extra was a pleasant surprise. Even if it did take me two weeks to figure it out. “Brought my macbook here a couple weeks ago. Was given a free diagnostic and it was updated (which was part of the issue). While the ios updates didnt fix the issue 100%, I was given external solutions to try first, being I needed a better external hard drive. After upgrading that like suggested, I can confirm that that was the issue. If I ever have more problems, I'll bring my macbook here first. Thanks!”

“Just picked up my repaired Korg SP200. One of the white keys was malfunctioning. It turns out there was a spill of some sort in the vicinity underneath the keys. The keyboard was fixed and works well. The service was professional. Mark is a licened Yamaha and Korg (at least) specialist. He got the job done in a timely manner, within a few days. The cost was slightly more than what I hoped for ($105), which is likely because it took more time than expected to clean the entire area, and since it’s a used piano I inherited, I asked for a general check which might have increased the cost. However, as far as I can tell it was well done, I received a detailed receipt, there is a 90 day warranty (!!), I also received a recommendation on the pedal (with pricings and brands) attached to the receipt, and Mark helped me load the piano into the car. Great and pleasant service! I highly recommend Spalding Audio and will definitely return in the future if needed.”
