I've been renting a space from Extra Space Storage for a few months. I had a concern and went into the office and spoke with Destiny. She was so kind, empathetic, and helpful. She helped me troubleshoot what was happening and a resolution was nearly immediate. I cannot say enough good things about Destiny and her customer service.
