They raise the rent every year without notice. I found another storage 10 ft larger for $90 cheaper a month! That's a ridiculous difference. The people are nice there though. They just have to bow to their corporate gods

I have never rented a storage before... so walking into this situation... I had no idea what to expect. When I tell you... I received the best experience with Extra Space Storage. I spoke with a gentleman named Rich I believe and he was able to answer all of my questions. I had some concerns about how much space I actually needed and I didn't know the best route to take. Rich showed different storage options and helped me determine my best bang for my buck! Did I mention when i went to my storage.. IT WAS SPOTLESS! I am an Assistant Property Manager and I run across residents who are looking for extra space all of the time! I would recommend EXTRA SPACE 100%!SHOUT OUT TO RICH... I WOULDN'T HAVE RENTED IF IT WASN'T FOR HIM!!!
