I was here on Sunday, 2/9 at around 4:20pm, staff was not helpful at all. The cashier who checked my friend out was disrespectful. We are customers who paid for our stuff, we’re not begging to buy it. So, pay attention and be nice to your customers, that’s the only way you can keep a business!

Went to store 12/272024 11:50am after walk around for a while trying to find someone to get help o fond 3 employees where one was trowing money over the other one that should be working in the cashier. After they finish their party I stand in front of them and they didn't even looked to me to offer support. I decided to leave the store since it's clear nobody has the wish to work a d in my way out I found another employee in a FaceTime call. Grete customer service JD sports

It’s strange that I get on here to complain about the horrible customer service and see that it’s a pattern. I was waiting to buy some shoes recently and was never served by two staff members working on one order at the register who never even looked up to say “be with you in just a second.” I walked over and stood by the shoes, the older gentleman working there acknowledged me within 10 seconds. even though he was helping someone else. I told him what I was looking at, he checked his handheld device and asked another younger employee to go get the shoes. I paid for them and left. The older African American guy is the only reason JD Sports gets 2 stars instead of -2. I am a status member because buy shoes all the time. The previous time I was there the staff was gossiping behind the counter and so into the story that none of the three acknowledged any customers. The time before that, when a staff member asked for my phone number, the young lady looked at me strange. She went on to tell me and her coworker that my number (which was relatively new to me) is the same as her ex-boyfriend’s number. Wasn’t a big deal, just kind of odd. But service here has gone downhill from there. Management needs to explain to the younger staff that there are other options in the mall to buy shoes. If customers opt to do that due to their poor customer service, the store will close and they will not have jobs!

Good sale prices. I’ve had good experiences with the shoe department employees, but checking out can take a really long time. This store always smells like weed to me, which I don’t care for.

Listen to the reviews, this is a TERRIBLE STORE, and the employees make it that way. Staff hides in the back and doesn’t help you, and then they have the nerve to kick you out when they’re ready to close the store 30 minutes early. Please change the staff, that includes the management.

Coby and Anthony was very helpful! Both have great customer service. Coby told another employee to look for my order, the young lady that had an attitude was only gone for maybe 2 minutes max she came back up front and did not say a word. I politely asked her if she found my order her response was “that’s not my job”. Right after she said that Anthony went to the back and minutes later he came back up front with my order. I probably wouldn’t do online pick up again, I will stick to shopping online and have my items delivered!

Horrible experience I’ve called the phone 10 times no answer ! All the workers are horrible ! The employee Jawon Campbell that works at the Champaign store kept hanging the phone up !

Horrible service, everyone was standing around talking to each other instead of helping customers. At most there were 6 people in the store. I had to ask an associate for a pair of shoes for my son, and he looked at me like I was interrupting their conversation. Then I had to wait almost 10 mins for the shoes to come out.
A body is a body but at least hire people who care!

So I was just in your store and was looking around for a good while until I saw a worker I asked to see a shoe in 10 5 or 11 was told there wasn't an 11 so I asked for the 10 5 and he walked of I was thinking to get the shoe but he never returned I looked around and he was kneeling on a bench having a conversation I don't think should be happening on the sales floor needless to say I left and you lost a sale because of it

I just went in the store to exchange my shoes because they were too big. The manager would not take them because she said they were worn. They actually had not been worn because they are big but that's neither here nor there. She was rude. Didn't speak at all to me directly, was very unfriendly and barely looked at the shoe. Horrible customer service. It's fine if you not gonna take the short back. I'm grown and not finna argue about something it know I didn't do but the the service was horrible. That's from the manager not the rest of the staff. I'll sell the shoes online if they don't fit no big deal but but rude service I won't do again. There's other shoe stores in the mall.

Probably one of the worst places I’ve had the displeasure to visit. Their prices are good, as are their sales. What was awful was the service, or lack there of.I had to go out of my way to ask an associate to see if they had a shoe in my size. They were rude and didn’t bother to look. Therefore I left. I was willing to spend money, but I guess they didn’t want any.Shop somewhere else, you’ll have a much better experience.

I bought 2 Nike shirts today, both thinking they were men larges and I come back home and I found out that one of the staff put a kids large with the rest of the adult larges. Along with the staff taking around 20 minutes to check someone out… do better I really like this store.
