This bank has extremely slow service. The 1 ATM outside is always down. This is especially concerning for the weekends after 12:00pm when the bank close & you have to wait til Monday to access your funds. However, by then the weekend is over. Terrible slow service every single time I go. Its the very reason I prefer using the ATM. There could be no one in line & there still slow as molasses! NO CAP‼️ ?

Literally the worst the app looks disgusting. Also hate that it doesn't show your transitions and the name of them it just shows as pending transactions, and the amount that it is.

Morgan is super sweet but the male I spoke to over the phone was sort of hostile and didn’t listen to me he just heard what he wanted to hear and reacted instead of listening and responding, especially after his institution is the one that made the mistake

I haven’t been when them for too long and I already hate them. Customer service is the worst!! I was on the phone for 3 hours and they never picked up! They don’t even deserve a star.

This branch is managed by a women who can not even work the banks own computer systems. She is also unaware of what is a 3rd party check and what is not. She is snobby and rude and then refuses to follow the banks own policies on check cashing. she cost her own bank a fee collection of $40.00 to cash a simple person to person check. I was also going to look at starting an account there but no way will I ever do business with this bank in any way after the treatment I received today!!! If there was a way to give a negative star review I would do so. Do Not Ever Bank Here!!!!

When you have problems with needing to get a refund or something, they will feeeze your account without notice. I called customer service & even they’re not on the same page. One person gave me one reason, one person said “they don’t do that” but I couldn’t go to a atm or anything.Just ended up having my account closed a few months ago. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this bank, especially if you have bills coming up & they can just mess with your account like that.

I took out a Home Equity line of credit 3 years ago, and at some point they charged a fee and put it under the same account number but with a different Note number. I always pay my loan payment on time, but invariably they credit the payment to the wrong Note number and send me late notices and try to charge me a late fee.

I have never had such consistently poor service from any financial institution! The people are very nice, but their system is inadequate making the whole place seem incompetent.
