After having an issue with another bank for my house refinance, I chose to switch to First State Bank. They were great to work with and would recommend them to anyone.

The people are very sweet, but I doubt their competence. Someone messed up my account, causing a lot of issues. Most of the time, they can’t even do simple addition.
