This might be a great place. However, no one acknowledged our presence, and we walked right be them on our way in and on our way out. A second customer came in after we arrived, and the salesperson went right over to them, even though we had arrived before them. Nope. Sorry. Other places to shop.

Flooring Services is truly outstanding! We rely on them for everything, from our rental properties and commercial buildings to our personal home and even our flips. No matter the project or product, they always deliver. Their wide range of flooring options (and more) makes it easy to find exactly what we need for any space.
The team is top-notch, every salesperson we’ve worked with has been professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. Their in-store design center is fantastic, and the fact that they also handle backsplash and shower projects makes them a one-stop shop.
We’ve referred Flooring Services to countless clients, and the feedback is always the same: exceptional service and quality. Honestly, I cant think of any reason why you would go to anther store, they set the standard.

I have been having problems with my laminate flooring, such as snapping, lifting, and bowing, and decided to call Flooring Surfaces to advise on the need for replacement or repairs. Although they aren't the company that originally installed my floor, they were happy to help, and sent one of their specialists to examine it and offer solutions at no charge. Sean gave me valuable information on conditions in my home that would lead to what I am experiencing, and gave me tips on what to do if it continues to get worse. Unfortunately I am dealing with foundation and moisture issues requiring repairs that are well beyond the scope of services they offer, but their generous assistance during this stressful time is truly appreciated. I plan on purchasing flooring through them when it is time for replacement, and highly recommend them to those in the area looking for excellent service from staff who truly care about their customers.

I don't usually write reviews, but flooring surfaces has been absolutely amazing during my kitchen remodel. They were lifesaving after I realized I was out of my depth with installing new flooring in our old house. They were able to install flooring and tile backsplash in only a couple days without having to wait months for somebody to be available, all for a reasonable price.
After 6 months, there was a dip in our floor which caused the flooring to start to separate. They were able to send somebody out to fix it within a few days and it looks amazing.
Specific thanks to Alan for doing so much work and being able to come out again for a repair. And Will for making the entire process completely painless.
I would highly recommend to anyone that is looking to get floor or wall tile installed. Couldn't be happier with the results.

They installed vinyl planking in our family room. We were pleased with the pricing and installation. Then we worked with Will to choose materials and get a quote to install a walk-in shower in our master bathroom. Rob installed it and it looks amazing. They were very helpful with suggestions and providing options and answering our questions.

We have recently installed luxury vinyl plank to replace the old carpet in four rooms. We were fortunate to choose the company Surface and Flooring to do this job. From start to finish, this was an impressive experience. We are very happy with the result. We love the new floor. It has made our home feel brand new. Joshua, our sale consultant, did an outstanding job. We are impressed by his knowledge, experience, and management skills. We are also grateful to have Levon and Jimmy as the installers. They not only did a high quality of installation, but also helped us on cleaning and moving furniture. We highly recommend them if you ever need flooring.

Not exactly sure the problem, mis measuring or math mistakes. Didn't have enough flooring to have the job finished. Job couldn't be finished after more than half done with a big event scheduled a few days later. Got more product and was charged $1300 more after getting an original quote. This was for the vinyl plank tiles. Another room that was carpeted, my installers got some seam glue from there that was bad. Installers said it was junk glue. Ended up staining the carpet at the seams and looks bad. Had another carpet company owner come in and the comment made was "This looks really bad!" Now it needs replaced. I was told it was common practice there to blame the installers and not the material. I now question the professionalism there and the quality of the products. I must say the sales guy I was working through was friendly and also did seem to want to help me. I know the staff cannot be held accountable for the product they receive from their vendors. I just wanted to let you know about my results from using it. If management wants pictures, I can provide them.

We worked with Lauren for replacing our carpet with engineered hardwood and porcelain tile. It was such a great experience to work with flooring surfaces! Lauren was patient with us and always available for any question we had. She made sure there was always someone to take care of us while she was out of office. This review wouldn't be complete without mentioning the rest of the staff who were involved in the work. Special thanks to Josh for helping us pick the right hardwood; Sean who took measurements and while he was at it, fixed a spot that needed minor adjustment; Pete and Rob who worked on tile installation; Alan who did the landing, stair nose and shoe base and Jesse who installed our hardwood. Jesse is a hard worker, dedicated who even worked on a national holiday, very punctual, kind enough to explain and take care of unexpected situations that arose during installation. He also repaired few squeaky spots for no additional cost!! Thank you so much Lauren and team!
