I recently went into the store to look for dresses for an event when one of the male workers came up to me and a friend of mine almost accusing us of taking a dress I had picked up. This was a very upsetting experience as it seemed to be a bit prejudice. Don't suggest coming to this location at all especially if you are a person of color ?.

I’m not sure how come this business still exists. In champaign market place mall store, during this pandemic, customers can’t try clothes on. It’s understandable. My son bought a shirt and took it home try it on. It does not fit. But we can’t find the tag. For some reason, the tag is off. Next day, we took it back to return it. The store manager said, it’s their policy that we can’t return without tag, even with receipt. It is ridiculous, they put on the tags in the store all the time. I have never seen business is being done in this cheap way. Will never go back to this kind of business.
