Took them quite a while to respond and that was me calling them after a week plus of not hearing back even though I was told 3 to 5 days. That's not the problem. The problem is the fact I got my console back super dirty and with screws and parts rattling around inside of it. More than likely will never be back

I went in with an issue which had more to do with the software for my course (which is outside the bounds of their services) than the hardware. But Will went out of his way to spend his time trying to figure out solutions for me just out of the kindness in his heart. Please do go here if you want genuine help and advice!

Came in with log-in issue, they took computer or a week or two. Fixed the dead ssd which did not have issues prior, then returned the computer which cannot be locked at all anymore and the battery became broken needing to be plugged in constantly or it will die in minutes. Brought computer back when this issue started and they said they could not get the battery issue to happen under "testing."

Went all the way over there. We live 1 hour and a half away and they were closed after calling them and they said they were open on a Saturday. Who closes at 2 on a Saturday.

Definitely do not recommend going to this place if you have a custom computer. My motherboard died and I was not in a position to diagnose the issue so I brought it to fyxit for a diagnosis. Their website lists PC repairs as a 3-5 day repair but it took them upwards of six weeks to just diagnosis the issue and back to me. When I first brought in the computer the front desk did not seem interested or attentive when I listed out all the diagnosis I had done to help inform them of the issue. When I did receive the computer back, I noticed damage from their disassembly. They had torn my front USB3.0 header completely off, severely bent a lot of the heat fins on my cpu cooler, and completely neglected to give me back my USB wire that connected my WiFi card to a usb header for Bluetooth capability. The technicians seem to be careless and I would not recommend going here unless no one else in the area can serve you.
update: Fyxit claims that they contacted me on day 4 which is categorically false. I called them after 2 weeks to ask for an update and they had told me that it was sitting on a shelf waiting for a slot. It took them 6 weeks in total so likely they only start counting the 3-5 day period AFTER they begin repairs not when they receive the pc. Furthermore, it took them 4 days to diagnosis a broken motherboard without even taking it apart, if that doesn't say something about their incompetency, I don't know what will.

10 minutes before in "Campus mobile solution" red-barber nagging man said "it can not be repaired, it is foreign phone, I never see such modele"! SHAME to "Campus mobile solution", and GLORY for "Fix it'!

Another phone repair shop quoted me 70$ and a few days to fix an unreliable USB-C socket. FyxIt technician worked on it for ten minutes with compressed air for free and the USB-C socket works as good as new. It was just clogged with dust not actually worn out.

Do not go here for MacBook repairs. They were nice enough and offered a decent price to replace the display on a MacBook. Unfortunately, the replacement had to be redone a second time (for free). Now my display has dark spots and my webcam no longer works, likely due to issues with the display install.

update from previous review: Got a screen repair here 5 months ago and then out of nowhere the screen itself just turned black and stopped responding. Took it back to this place and they told me that there was a crack on "the inside of the screen" that you couldnt see on the outside of the screen but just to trust them its there and to give them $100+ for a new screen. Took my phone to t-mobile they told me they've seen this problem before and fixed the phone for me for free on the spot even showed me how to use a simple fix it incase it happens again. Worst part was how t-mobile said the screen physically was fine and told me there was no need to replace the screen itself. Seriously advice you get another opinion before using this place's services its clear they tried to upsell me on a $100+ service when some random t mobile worker fixed it for me for free!
