Just left the store. We were the only two customers in the store, yet the employee who was working didn’t even acknowledge us. Extremely unprofessional and rude. This store has the smallest inventory I’ve ever seen at a game store. Headed elsewhere to make my purchase.

Are not open during their posted hours. Have gone the last two days to try and use a gift card and they were closed at 6:00pm. Sign says open till 8:00 pm. There was someone inside, but they ignore you and everyone else that walks up to the door confused.

I went to exchange a controller, 2 hours after I bought it because it DIDNT WORK, the gentleman that helped me, plugged it into their tv to test it and everything looked fine and so he said to put it back on the shelf and I questioned him asking if he was gona sell a broken controller and then he got really hostile with me and was okay with putting a broken controller back on the shelf. He was very rude, very condescending and very passive aggressive, and threatened to call the police. I will never go back to this game stop.

This GameStop is the worst establishment I have ever been in. For some reason the managers are never there to help when their workers can’t manage to figure out what they are doing. I have bought 4 used controllers assuming they would work, and all 4 times the controllers were broken. This company is a joke and there is a reason it is struggling to stay afloat.

Sold me a broken game for 49.99. Called to make sure I could still exchange it and the associate on the phone (Tyler) assured me it could be exchanged. I get to the store and I'm told they can't exchange or refund the purchase but could give me 16.00 store credit. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE.

Friendly staff but terrible place to trade in games (even brand new still sealed games, they make you open them), I understand they gotta have profit but trade in for most of my games were 25 cents to 1 dollar and a lot of items they had were definitely uncharged by about 25% compared to other places.

I pre-ordered a Funko pop, they never contacted me it was in. When I went to check they said they sold it and then forced me to pay shipping to get one to my house. Only good thing out of this is me receiving a refund

Really hate that this is the only gamestop in champaign staff doesn't really seem to care much there store hours are also a little weird I was told they close at 8pm I get to the store they are closed and they closed at 6 that's what time people start to get off of work like come on God forbid you have a game preorder like me and can't get to it in time because they close so early

The store associate Don was very forceful with his sale pitches and doesn't seem to let his other associates speak during their transactions. I felt uncomfortable in this Gamestop. I love coming to get games with my family but the atmosphere at this one made me never want to come back. Don was very pushy trying to get me to purchase things I didn't want. I tried to talk to another employee about a game I wanted and he stepped in and took over the conversation. I couldn't talk to anyone other than him nearly the entire time I was there. My family wanted to go out to eat after our stop here but he kept us so long that we didn't have time. I wanted to get three things from this store and felt pressured to buy nine. Overall I don't look at this location in a positive light anymore. I went to disc replay afterwards and was met with kind staff who didn't pressure me and instead listened and helped with the things I needed.
