Almost everything I'm in GNC at Champaign mall, David is there. He is so knowledgeable and kind. I do enjoy his help, he is the reason I'm becoming a regular customer. I've only had one bad experience. There was a female sitting behind the counter. She didn't speak, offer to assist me, nothing. I much prefer David! I hope mgmt can read this because he's brought so much life into the store! He is such a pleasure and his customer service is outstanding! I'm now a regular customer!

I went into the store in champagne, Illinois and they employed never even got of the chair to come to the front to help me. I walk around the store for more than 5 minutes. No one came to help me or even ask if I needed help so after not being assisted. I just left the store. I will not return. Customer service very poor!!!

Had to go in with my friend as she was trying to get a refund for find a package they lost. MANGER DOESN’T KNOW WHAT HE IS DOING AND MAKES PROMISES HE DOES’T KEEP NOR REMEMBERS. HE LITERALLY SAID “I DONT KNOW WHAT IM DOING”. I advise going to the savoy GNC as they are always going out of there way for you. They will forgot about you in the mall
