Kindly Talk to customers with a polite tone please. Here's the experience from my side:I went to buy smth. The younger sales person was nice and accommodating and even offered a exchange without going through taxes.But the other older sales person, possibly the store manager or owner was eating in front of the customers side and shouted. Yes literally shouted "ABSOLUTELY NOT!" When I simply asked"Can I get a discount?" I mean you just say no. Or maybe No, sorry we can't! But looks like you chose to shout and it freaked me out totally. Also, he made a judgemental comment " If you are too picky you should buy a new one..."I really felt disheartened by his behavior and word choices. Now I am scared to go back.

By far the best Pawn Shop in the Central Illinois. Down to earth staff who treat you with respect. I’ve done business here for years! They are not just out to make a buck. A real gem in the community. Don’t got to pawn kings in Urbana they are corporate robots who don’t see people. Gold Rush on Main st. will take care of you.

I've done buisness with gold.rush for many years and I give them a perfect.score and trust them completely.with my belongings .ive had all of my jewellery put thru them due to a work related injury and they have been a blessing to me thru it all for yrs.never had a problem!!

These guys are great! They care about the customer’s! They have a concern about why pple are comming into their place of business! They crack jokes and can go bk and forth with the customers! Solid!All the way around!
