SNIPES shoe store. Not sure what kind of business you guys are running, they are loosing The store, more money, and putting people change in their own pocket is what it seems. Came in there to buy shoes for my son and had my disabled/ paralyzed children’s father who is in a wheelchair with me in and 2 young children. After picking out shoes and going up to the regest shenell the cashier tells me they do not take my card and told me where an atm in the mall was. Came back, handed her 5 20ʼs four shoes for my son that cost $81 and some change. She then tells me they dont give change and that is usually a sign as she pointed in front of the registration says, but it’s no longer there. I got upset because she could have told me this before sending me to go get cash. The manager I believe his name is Miguel came up to see what I was frustrated and he did nothing to assit me just walked away and all staff ignored me and truned the music up very loud so they didnt have to here me. I left and came For a number of someone I could speak to they refused, so I went to mall security got a phone number and called the lady. She was very very rude told me that it didn’t seem right that she was going to call them and get their side of the story, so I would love to see the video camera that’s all you have to do right watch the video. It’s sad when you can’t even complain to a manager or the higher up of a store because they’re probably all on the same scheme. Maybe the IRS needs to check up on them and see if they claming that extra cash they taking from people because I was about to tell them to keep the change and I was like wait it’s $18. Covid is over this is tax season and thousands of people n the mall. Its not like i was trying to giver her a $100 bill for a 30 dollar pair of shoes and wipe your cash out it was less than 20 so stop trying to take peoples change and come up. Im sure they back there splitting that change at night and i hope you get caught and thanks for upsetting my 7 year old after finałly finding him shoes you refused to sell to me over 18 dollars in chage for a 81 dollar pair of shoes

I liked the mall when the comic shows and other events are there. I show tge mall more then.

Glad to still see this mall doing well, especially when many in surrounding areas are almost closed up, this mall has many food options in the food court and only a few empty store fronts. Kids can't come here with out going on the carousel which is always running when we go! And operator's are always nice! The mall is right next to costco so we only make 2 stops while there.

Good, not great. Bathrooms are super run down and outdated. Much better than the mall in Bloomington though.

Just wanted to ride the carousel and get a mobility scooter but the employee who was supposed to be doing his job blew me off even after we let him know we needed assistance very displeased and very disappointed such a good mall would hire such a bad employee
