I’ve never walked in a store and had one of the managers mutter under her breath “that was so unnecessary” and then proceeded to come up to me and grab a pair of jeans for me??? She also was a smartass to another customer when she asked about skirts. Honestly, disrespecting your employees is one thing, but your customers?? The manager needs to find another job respectfully. It’s terrible for business. I’m giving two stars because the cashier was nice.

I've always had good experiences at the store, but today a manager wasn't empathetic to me and my daughters. I'm disappointed.

This place does not obey its opening hours. It is almost 12:30 on Saturday and it is still closed.

Horrible experience here! The younger female worker followed me around the store I was so disgusted I walked out without buying anything. I will never go back to this H&M and the clothes are starting to look dual and boring.

We attempted to exchange a shirt a week after we purchased it. It had not been worn, but the tags were removed before trying it on. We were told that since the tags were removed they would not exchange it. I called the customer service number to explain this isn’t stated in their return policy and was told it is up to the store. I will not return to this store.

Manager was so rude. She wouldn’t accept my returns because the tags were in the box and not attached. She laughed in our faces and told her coworker to alert her if “these people” come back. All I wanted to do was return some online clothes that were too big.

the guy at the cash register was so strange, horrible customer service. the two people at the dressing rooms were demeaning and wouldn’t let my friend come in the dressing room with me even though we always go in together! strange experience, all employees should be taught & enforcing the same rules!
