Hallbeck Homes just completed a complete master bathroom remodel in our home that was built by them in 2004. The result istotally beautiful, above and beyond our expectations. They have been very responsive to all of our needs and concerns. It is great to work with the top notch professionals who came to our home. Every single worker was polite, showed up on time and worked hard. We have the master bathroom we always wanted. Hallbeck promised us that if we needed them to return to handle any issues with this build, or even to help us address other repairs or adjustments in this home that they built, they would be here promptly. They are far and away the best construction company with whom we have ever worked!

March 1, 2021My wife and I are about to celebrate our one year anniversary in our very comfortable and well built Hallbeck home. Over the past year we have had no problems with any of the construction or finishing work that was done on the home. We would say that we are a 100% satisfied with the very ethical workmanship and relationship that we experienced during the building process.The Hallbecks…Rick, Dan, and Kyle…were all willing to work with us on a plan that would include our ideas and stay within our budget. The finishing work that was done by Drew is second to none. He is an artist and a very personable individual. His assistant, Austin, was a very hard working young man.Everyone was polite and professional on the work site. Any small issues that arose during the construction were immediately addressed to our satisfaction. They assured us that everything would be done to make sure we were happy with our home and they did not fail to fulfill that promise. The recommendations that were made regarding cabinets, flooring, etc. were excellent and all of those companies and individuals expressed a high regard for the Hallbeck company.We would recommend the Hallbecks to any family member or friend wishing to build in the Champaign area.The DrapersServices: Project management

Hallbeck Homes built our beautiful home in 2006. I have worked with Dan, Kyle and others and have to say they were extremely easy to work with. Dan went above and beyond to help design our home while being respectful of our budget and making sure to incorporate our must haves. Over the years we have reached out to Kyle Hallbeck for remodeling, updates and minor projects and Kyle has stepped up to provide expert guidance every step of the way. I can say with conviction that Hallbeck Homes are built with quality materials, expert craftsmanship and attention to detail.

You are definitely going to want to consider other options. Once they are paid don’t count on them coming back to fix anything.
