Store is way too large for the inventory they have. They could fit the inventory half the size. Saw on employee at the cash register but couldn't find an employee to assist me. Not optimistic about this stores future.

JCPenney offers a great shopping experience, and Heaven, one of their cashiers, truly stands out. She is incredibly kind, smart, and helpful, always greeting customers with a warm smile. Heaven handles transactions efficiently and goes above and beyond to assist with any needs. Her friendly attitude and dedication make every visit enjoyable. JCPenney is fortunate to have such an exceptional employee!

I had excellent service at the store with a cashier that was very personable and helpful. She made checkout super easy, she informed me about epic store discounts, and was very friendly in conversation.
I wanted to leave a positive survey for her but unfortunately the access code for the survey was not working for me. Her name is Jadore. SO if management sees this, be sure to reward her! That is an employee you do not want to lose.

This store does racial profiling. If you are a minority you definitely should shop elsewhere unless you want security sent on you for taking too long to shop.

This store always has what I need in clothing regarding my height and size. Natalie was so nice, friendly, and helped me receive the best deal for my purchase. I will definitely continue to shop here.

I want to thank the Champaign JCPenney Jewelry dept., MaryAnn. I was shopping for a special gift. MaryAnn went out of her way to assist. She is very professional, patient and personable. I walked out with " the perfect gift". Thank you MARYANN!!

The cashier was very professional in ringing me out despite a problematic JCP retiree who was being difficult with her. Just a shame that there's only one place to check out on the entire floor as far as I could tell. JCPenney changed their checkouts several years ago. Unfortunately, it does not take the customer into account. This one young lady was the only person checking people out. Despite having to juggle, she was wonderful. She deserves a pay raise.
