“went in today and was helped by Gena. she was very attentive and listened to my needs for an anniversary gift. she took the time to show me several necklaces and charms which fit my occasion. what i did not realize before i left the store was that Gena had done something special for my gift. i have been buying items from pandora for years and even though the associates at other stores have always placed the item in a pandora box then in a bag, none of them did what Gena did today.i got home and presented the gift to my wife. little did i know, Gena had actually gift wrapped the box in fancy black pandora wrapping paper!! my wife was thrilled and i couldnt believe it. i am so impressed with her customer service. she is a valued employee and we need more like her in the workforce.”
