Had oil change completed at Jiffy Lube on Prospect. Within days oil was in puddles under the car. Further investigation revealed that oil pan plug was stripped causing significant oil leak. Checking the rest of fluids revealed everything was very low. Managers response (after 2nd phone call) was that he was sorry there was a bad experience. No concern or accountability for poor service or damage to car.

This Jiffy Lube was very prompt. They were very thorough in checking all my fluids, air pressure and wiper blades. This really is our go to oil change place.
