don't know what's happening at this place, went in for a simple fabric cut and no one could be bothered to help. finally did get the fabric and the person cutting and the checkout person were very rude. seems like no one cares looking at other reviews

I went in there and I was very disappointed in this store I asked the person to help me cuz I get overwhelmed with some of the things and she just pointed me to the direction and I said well can you help me find it and she basically took off and was just standing there and she refused to help me I went up to the desk to ask the gal to help me she was waiting on customers and she said yeah sure I will come and help you and I said thank you very much she was waiting on customers and helped me also she was doing all the work she was a young girl this happened Sunday around 2:30 3:00 I believe it was the 4th and the one person that would not help me had a black shirt on short and chunky and very rude I will not be back to this Jo-Ann's in champagne I was very angry and this woman was not doing anything but standing there and making this young lady that was at the front desk do all of the work and I believe this other lady was a manager like I said I will never be back to this one

The employees were very rude and not helpful at all. Made a suggestion that my husband may have stolen something. Another rude checkout person overcharged us and when we questioned her the attitude got worse. Finally got a refund. We will not ever go back to this store. We were there July 15 2024 & the rude employees were 747746 &748520. Guess they don't wear name tags so no one can identify them.

I like the people who work here as they have been very helpful when I have a question. But, they have lost business from me when I can't find things because the isles are so small and they are busy. Also, they don't have demonstration sewing machines on the floor to try. The store desperately needs to be enlarged and updated.

I have been to this Joann Fabrics numerous times over the years and never had a rude employee. Today, however, the lady that checked me out seemed angry about something. She didn't look at me at all and I am not sure if she was angry with me or something else. I did have to ring the bell after a lengthy wait at the check out. I generally try to be understanding, especially since There were only two employees in the store. I also witnessed her being rude to a customer who asked about a particular fabric. I was going to bring this to the attention of the store manager. Turns out she is the store manager!

Came in looking for foam to replace a couch cushion. We didn't see a tag on the item (other than a sale %).I found an associate, possibly a manager, and asked if she might be able to help. She turned and looked at me in disgust and said it cost whatever was on the tag. I explained that I didn't see a tag which is why I was asking. She huffed and quickly walked over to the spot, pulling the tag from the far back side of the rack (where the customer couldn't see it) and snarkily told me what was on the tag, then walked off. Not that it was going to be a big sale, but it ended up being no sale and I would t be returning.
