I was between a 1 star and 2 star. Womens fashions-meh; housewares-it's a hit out of the ball park, or I'm wondering why I bothered with this store. Kohls use to be my go to for lingerie, now-the only bras they carry are available at Walmart, meh; the brand I prefer for underwear I can buy on line for less. Womens dresses, not sure what century the dresses they have were made in. Oh-they did have barefoot dreams-way over priced....oh yeah buy the new stuff on line for a very reasonable price.......BTW who are all these people standing in the Kohls check out line and for what???? the one cashier they have to checkout?
Oh yeah, tried taking my amazon return to Kohls-the dumb-da-dumb behind the counter couldn't get the return completed, despite my having the QR code at the ready-now my returns go to the shipping store in champaign. Walk in, scan QR, by the time I walk out my return and refund are posted on my phone.
Kohls-only at the last resort....I usually just go out of town.....

It is 9:00 am Christmas Eve and there is one cash register open. Really? Do better Kohls. These are the people in front of me. There are just as many or more behind me.

I love this Kohl's it's been one of my go to's for years. But I've been there 3 times in the last week trying to grab Christmas stuff, and every time theres a few hundred (literally) people waiting to check out and only 2 or 3 cash registers open. And employees are all over, what's going on w this place anymore??

The store is a mess! clothes randomly everywhere. It looks like a rummage sale. I had to wait in line 10 minutes to checkout. Hire more people!! I will not be back

Way too much inventory, why not put it 'on sale' for real??? Also nothing qualifies for coupons or kohl's cash. And the lines to check out, really? That is the last time I will be at Kohl's.

Who is the buyer for men's clothing at Kohl's? For many years I purchased my clothing at Kohl's: suits, sport coats, blazers, sweaters, shirts, pants, etc. Nice selections, noted brands, good quality, good prices. For some time now that has not been the case. The selections seem more fit for Halloween costumes and circus wear. Garish colors and patterns. Kohl's was once a decent place to shop. Classy stuff. Fashionable. Now it's a joke. Sad to see that happen.
