They have new pedicure chairs which are nice but the older ones where more comfortable. The ladies are nice and very knowledgeable.

I go to Lovely Nails every other week for a fill and am never disappointed! It’s a very popular place so I do recommend an appointment but otherwise I’m in & out within the hour. Always love my nails.

I’ve been coming here for 8 years and overall their services have been really good. I asked for a jelly no chip and the lady said no they aren’t doing those, which I found surprising being I just had a jelly no chip two weeks ago by them. So I asked her if she could confirm with the lady that did my nails two weeks ago just to make sure there wasn’t any confusion, but she wouldn’t. She then proceeded to start talking and laughing at me the whole time with the other coworkers. I kept hearing her say jelly and laugh etc. which was super uncomfortable, frustrating, and unprofessional. Will never go again.

Very unprofessional! Didn’t want to service me when I arrived at 6:30pm and it says they’re closed at 7:00pm. Went to top nails instead and arrived at 6:40pm and was still serviced!

She was so very sweet and patient with me and understood what I was looking for. She went way and beyond for me, and I so appreciate it. I'll definitely be coming back there. Hard to find this this where I'm from.
Requested style: They were for my mothers wedding and she did an amazing job with the color and the artwork she used. I absolutely love them. Thank you so very much again.

I would give a zero if I could. I never felt welcome here. Today when I went in to get 2 broken nails repaired, I was told they could not fix them until next week. Will never go back and wouldn't recommend them.

This place is great! The prices are unbeatable and they are perfectionists when it comes to getting the exact nail you want.
I am only giving 4 stars because they cut into my
cuticle too far and caused some very light bleeding but it’s painful when a cuticle gets cut. I don’t mind because accidents happen and my nails looks amazing. Don’t forget to tip your nail techs

Nancy does a great job on gel manicures and today another manicurist did my acrylic and design also did a fantastic job ❤️?I don’t recall her name but she did them beautifully ✅? this place is great for a pampering day ❤️???♀️
