Lowe’s in Danville has everything you need for home improvement projects! The store is always clean, well-organized, and fully stocked. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, always willing to help find exactly what you need. Whether it's lumber, paint, or garden supplies, they’ve got it all. Highly recommend!

Big thank you to Terrence who was working in lawn and garden. I needed help determining how many pavers I needed for a project, and with loading. He checked the measurements, loaded the number I needed onto a cart, then loaded them all into my vehicle. He was very pleasant and did this all with no attitude or complaint. I very much appreciated this wonderful and unexpected level of customer service. I hope Lowe's appreciates you.
Thank you, Terrence!!!

I went in to purchase a closetmaid organization set up for my house. I could not find any help. After 20 min of looking for an employee I finally found two young men by the registers. I asked the if one of them could help me in aisle 11. The one young man with a tattoo on his wrist said he would be right over to help me. When he got there he had another customer with him already and said he would call someone else to help me. I understand the importance of waiting your turn and being patient but when your told your going to be helped and you have been waiting patiently there has to to be follow through. Help the customer as they come don't skip over people who have been waiting there turn! Will go somewhere else!

Champaign store. I went to ask questions about ceiling fans at 1pm on 8-8-24. The associate for this department seemed put out that I asked three questions. After a few mins I could clearly see that she didn’t want to help me. I then said thank you. She left. I selected two fans. Went to customer service to ask if they had these fans in white. She called the associate back. I met her in isle one. She rolled her eyes and I asked the question. She huffed and puffed her breath and said I don’t know! I said sorry for this inconvenience. But I was under the impression you were here to help customers. She proceeded to put the numbers in her phone. Said yes they come in white. I said I’d like to order them. She directed me to customer service. She proceeded me to the desk to tell customer service that this should have bee her job!! I then said thank you to the associate and there was no reply or eye contact as she walked right past me. I won’t shop in the Champaign store again. These young people have no people skills at all.
