Good home improvement stores.Everything is here.Of course, not everything of everything. You know what that means. Sometimes You need to go around all three big stores to find that pipe connector.This one doesn't have rental service. Go to hime depot if that's what you're looking for.

ONLY place in Champaign-Urbana that stocks electric fireplace logs. Thought we could see options working, but no. We still got the one we came in looking for though! Sales floor help was slim and the cluster of employees we finally found started to duck and scatter when we approached. Until one lady heard what I asked about and she was all about showing us to them. I ALWAYS return here!

The sales associate entered my order incorrectly resulting in the wrong refrigerator being delivered to me. After a call to the store, a call to corporate customer service and a call to the distribution facility, I still do not have the correct refrigerator. I am being told they will have to pick up the wrong one and then later bring the right one but they took my old one and that will leave me with no refrigerator. I'm beyond frustrated with this experience and will not be shopping at Lowe's in the future.

Blair did an outstanding job assisting my husband and I while shopping at the Champaign location for appliances. Blair answered all our questions, was very patient, friendly, energetic and funny. I wish everywhere we shop people would be more like Blair. WELL DONE BLAIR! We could tell you cared and you enjoy your job and you are very good at it! Keep up the good work! We will certainly be stopping in to just say HELLO! THANK YOU for making our shopping experience easy and enjoyable.

It's not my favorite hardware or improvement store even though I shop here the most. Only reason I do is that they are pet friendly. When I have days off work my dogs come everywhere with me.

I brought my fan in with a replacement part because I had never rewired anything on my own before and didn't want to mess it up. Zack talked me through the whole process and was extremely helpful.

Weekend help really didn't have the info I needed, half the displays missing, incorrect displays on the ones I did find. Left the store without making a purchase. Thinking it would be better to go back on weekday.

Very disappointed and angry. I bought a few plants from them about 3 weeks ago, and a week or two ago I discovered that one of the plants I brought home is infested with MEALYBUGS, and I recently saw a mealybug on one of the other plants that I brought to work. I wish I took photos before cleaning them. Mealybugs can be extremely difficult to get rid of. The plants I bought were in two separate areas of the garden so to me that would mean that their whole garden has potentially been infested with the Mealybugs. Some of my plants that I already had for years have been affected by this now too. This is extremely irresponsible and negligent for a store that has a garden and sells plants. I don’t like when the life of a plant is wasted so I won’t be returning them just from them to throw them away, and will be going through the annoying process of getting rid of the Mealybugs. I don’t see myself buying plants or shopping from them at all in the future. If you do I would recommend checking for pests and isolating newly bought plants, or simply going elsewhere to get new plants.

After having a terrible Home Depot experience with the paint department, we went to Lowe’s with our paint color and he helped us in 5 minutes. He was friendly and knew what he was doing. I will definitely be coming back to Lowe’s.

if i could leave 0 stars i would. we recently moved into a new house and was in need of new dryers and washers. on 07/09/23 we bought the samsung ones at this store and asked them if we can have it delivered. the delivery team came 3 days later and can i just say, worst expirience ever. they dryer came dented on the side and told us we would be able to exchange it for new ones. when they were taking the washer out, they ran the cable over with a wheel and was dragging across concrete. so not only the dryer was damaged, they also damaged the washer cable on spot. we told them we would like to exchange both the dryer and washer and they told us we can and they would deliver it and exchange it for the damaged ones. 2 weeks go by and the delivery team comes again, only with the dryer this time. they said we never put in a request for the washer and i reassured them we did and showed them the damage, the 2 guys that were checking the damage out went to the other guy that was at our first delivery meet. the 2 guys explained the situation and the firt meet guy says "they did the damage themselves on the spot, so it wasnt us". they were also judging and laughing at us because we spoke a different language other then english and couldnt "understand properly" (i speak fluently in english). the audacity to say that!! and they thought we didnt hear him say that but we clearly did. as they were taking out the dryer, its damaged. same spot as the other one. i told them to take it back and bring us a new onr. they once again said, we could exchange it. i ask about the washer because they didnt even bring it, and said they would deliver the dryer and washer. so now here we are, almost a month after we bought the washer/dryer set, and no new ones without any damages. other reviews and family members i see had the same problem with this lowes. worst store ever. wouldn't recommend.
