Went for a polar pop. The machine was down. Urrrggghhh! Figured I'd get polar freeze instead.....machine down! Dadgummit!Employee curses a lot. Not everyone wants to hear a bunch of profanity, even though it's a normal convo. The professionalism of customer service does not include profanity 5 out of ten words, even if you're a cool cat.
