Food was cold, we ordered broccoli and cheddar soup and country potato. The broccoli soup had almost no flavor you couldn’t even smell the broccoli. The potato soup was grey like what? We ordered Dine in and got our salads in to go boxes with shredded chicken that smells like cat food all on the bottom and for 3 dollars didn’t even get a whole piece of chicken. The 2 cups of dressings were so thick you couldn’t spread them without physically SHAKING the to go box and even then the whole salad then tasted like straight mustard. The Mac and cheese was water and I’m not exaggerating you could not eat it with a fork because it was dripping every where. 45$ for this? Never coming back.

I ordered the Spud Max and Roast beef and cheddar spud. The toppings were okay but the potatoes were dried out! I'm a potato lover! Ate the toppings, but threw the rest away. 25 bucks wasted for some toppings on potatoes I could not even eat. I can't and will not recommend this restaurant to anyone!

Michaelster's field to deliver an accord order. The manager was extremely rude and aggressive on the phone. He did not acknowledge his mistake and try to start a fight on the telephone. We were appalled and we'll never frequent that restaurant again.

I have always been asked if I want a pickle. I always answer yes. However, I have never once tasted a McAlister’s pickle. Maybe someday theyll give me one? :(McAlister’s food is delicious, but it’s now literally a joke in our household that you will probably receive one less side than you paid for and 100% fewer pickles than you agreed to.

I took my wife here for the 1st time, and we were not disappointed. The entire staff was friendly and smiles the whole time we were there. The food was great. The service was on point! We'll be back.

I don't get how this location is even still operating. This Champaign location is an absolute joke, very inconsistent. Servers direct their attention to anything besides the customer. Just came here for a salad. Paid for extra chicken and avocado and I received 7 tiny pieces of chicken and 3 slices of avocado. This location needs a new revision of leadership and some new cooks. I highly recommend people take your money else where because the workers here don't respect customers or the fact they are paying for their over paid wages.

Food was good, and lettuce had been left out( poison), bacteria multiplys gazillion times a minute at room temputure. This would be a good weight loss plan. therefore, the facilities were in oder after 45 minutes.

When we got here, there was a short line. We finally got to order after approximately 20 minutes in line because they only had one person taking orders. They were out of applesauce, potato salad, jalapenos, caramel apple lemonade and half of the seating in the restaurant was blocked off because they didn't want to clean the floor. Upon getting our food ordered, it was approximately 20 to 25 more minutes before we got our food. The food was good other than our nacho cheese being almost room temperature. The concerning thing about our visit this time was all of the things that they were out of. They are regularly out of items when we come here. There appears to be a long time running inventory problem.

Very frequent customer, get the same salad weekly from this location. Absolutely disgusting salad for 18$ little to no chicken, missing half the salad toppings that weren’t included. This exact salad weekly, this is absolutely pitiful, takes majority of people a hr of work to pay for a meal like this, then for it to be served with half that’s listed on the salad. The employees in the kitchen are very careless when It comes to giving the customer what they paid for!
