This was my first time using Medical Service Company (they bought Carle Medical supply and are in Carle Medical Supply's former location). The representative was polite, professional and most importantly not pushy like Apria Healthcare representatives are. My customer and insurance records from Carle Medical supply automatically transferred to Medical Service Company. This made it easy to order the supplies I wanted. The representative told me they would send me an email whenever my supplies shipped to me via UPS. So far, so good!”
