Waited waited tried to find a refrigerator there . Never could find anyone to help me . Went to Cosco found one for only 599.00. They even loaded it for me .

Employees could be more knowledgeable sometimes, great selection good prices but dealt with some quality and inventory issues which is frustrating when you are relying on getting something on time

I live in the country, so I drove an hour to purchase a new chainsaw - poulon 5020. Only have about 3 hours of use, started out great. 2 days later I go to finish up and the saw started but after a few moments it just stopped and would not restart. I drove another hour to exchange it, only to be told that I have to take to small engine that they use, because it is a unit that uses gas, this is on a Friday afternoon, the shop is closed, not open on weekends. There is no way in hell that I was going to make a 3rd round trip to drop it off on Monday and then a 4th round trip was they give the ok for it to be replaced. This type of customer service is a screwed up as the product, it's obvious they only care about the profit and to hell with the customer. I should have just drove 15 minutes to the Ace Hardware!!!!!

We have now gotten 2 applications from Menards and have had the worst customer service with the store and the delivery company they hired to deliver and install. The second application we got was a Display model that they would only deliver and not installed. They didn’t give us all of the parts that we needed that was supposed to come with it and both we have now had to call the manufacturer to have fixed. Will never be setting foot in this store again!
