Best pedicure ever. Most seem to get you in the chair and out as quickly then on to the next tech. Mine was very good and made me feel like I got care from the heart. My visit was more of an experience than just getting pedicure.

I had a fantastic experience getting my nails done here. The chairs were comfortable and the ambiance was peaceful. The technician worked carefully to shape my nails exactly how I wanted. I will absolutely return soon.

Millennium Nail in Champaign is a beautiful and clean salon. The staff is friendly, and they do quality work. I really enjoyed the service and the relaxing atmosphere.

Worst experience. The owner or manager at the front has such an arrogant attitude when attending to and responding to customers. It’s a shame because they do good work, but one of the most important things is customer service. She always replies in a bad mood and with a serious face, not even giving you a chance to think about what you want. It’s literally like: “Do you want them or not?” In general, there are always people who get treated better than others, but if you're someone who just wants to get their nails done and she answers you rudely from the beginning, I suggest you go somewhere else. Your money is worth it, and we’re not here for free nails. No matter how good the service is, how you’re treated is a fundamental part of any business.

I like a few people at this place but after three disappointing experiences, I know I have to find another place because this one is so unreliable.
The first experience was getting a pedicure with my sister. She chose a more expensive one and I chose a basic one and the person doing my pedicure just did the more expensive one without communicating with me correctly. It was my first time getting a pedicure here so I didn’t realize till they started putting the wraps on for my sister (much after me) that it was the more expensive one.
The next time I decided to just get a regular manicure. It was clear that the person doing my manicure was unhappy that it wasn’t a gel manicure and she did such a poor job - no massage, poorly filed nails, just awful.
This time I got a pedicure and a gel manicure and figured that they would have no reason to be unhappy. The pedicure was fine. But the manicure - it’s been two days and the gel nail polish is peeling off because of such poor application. A lot of it is on my skin rather than just on my nails. My cuticles aren’t pushed back enough so the gel is on the skin and lifting off from there. For quite a few of my nails, she applied the polish covering the gap between the nail and the finger at the finger tips which was so annoying. The polish isn’t even applied evenly or properly on some nails, ending well before my cuticles and showing bare nail underneath.
Utterly disappointing. Will not return.

This was the worst experience ever. I initially asked for a pedicure and an overlay for my nails but after being cut in my cuticle, and having this end result i decided to go else where. They didn’t refund me but after asking for over an hour for someone else to fix it, another lady finally came and assisted my pedicure and cleaned up what the other woman left. I will not be returning… They also spoke openly in English and harshly about other customers after they left their shop, while other customers while present.I didn’t feel welcome at all and I’m a great tipper and very simple customer… Normally I don’t leave reviews but after this I truly felt like I had no choice $60 later and felt horrible after I left. Please do better. Good luck!
