I paid over 200$ to have permanently damaged the camera and lock button of my phone. They refuse to do anything about it, treating me in a really rude way. I’m surprised this people are allowed to do business in a mall

Had my daughters screen replaced from her dropping it last Thursday paid $90 to replace screen 4 days later screen stopped working, called and let them know they said bring in it and I will look was told they would replace but was accused of dropping phone and it was not dropped then he proceeded to say I need to be more responsible with the phone and the screen was not his mess up!

Got an after market low quality screen which didn’t match the color of the phone. Ala Uddin at the kiosk was not professional and kept screaming to defend the authenticity of the screen. I wouldn’t go to this place as customer service is very poor.
