I had my car towed to tire monkey with a timing chain issue . It turned out to be than just that issue . It took some time to figure it out but they got my vehicle going . I appreciate that they did everything they could to get my car going again and didn’t give up . As I can’t get into a car payment getting a new car right now .

Giving one star because I can’t give zero.
Got up early on my day off to drop car off at 8 to get oil change and tire valve stem fixed. Called around 10 to check in and they said they hadn’t started because they couldn’t find the key that I had sitting in the cup holder.
Two hours later I walked by and they still hadn’t started on it.
Wasted four hours of my time walking around in the cold when I should be at my grandmas house helping clean stuff up since she died two days ago.
Thanks for nothing

I had to get my entire wheel bearing hub replaced. The mechanics at Tire Monkey worked in an efficient time and even came out to tell me how bad my car was lol, you have to respect an honest mechanic. The receptionist Ms. Sue was also wonderful as I was waiting. I didn’t even notice the time that went past. They make sure to tell you everything before you leave and even answer questions you have when you call.
