“I went to Lazers Edge to ask for help with my old printer. Since it proved to be defective and non repairable, I purchased a new printer from them that they had in stock and requested they come to my home to set up and install. The tech came and had no issues getting the printer set up with my iMac. He answered all of my questions and explained the printer operation clearly. This only took about 45 minutes total. I am very pleased with the communication, knowledge and service that Lazers Edge provides. I feel confident when a local business is there whenever problems arise or help is needed.
