What a horrible staff works at this store. They're not friendly at all. They give you dirty looks and don't even say hello, and they seem annoyed when you walk in.
But anyway, I won't be returning to this store. They should be more cheerful.

Incredibly rude staff, I work in customer service so I understand to a certain extent but this was the worst experience I have ever had at a clothing store.

I would leave a zero star if that was an option. On 15 December I ordered my son-in-law a shirt. I was told I would get expedited shipping which was three days. On 21 December I called them because I had not gotten a shipping confirmation and my order has not shipped yet. I asked them to cancel my order and I was told that my order could not be canceled even though it had not yet been shipped. I could not understand the person who I was talking to because their accent was so strong so I hung up and called back to speak to someone else. That person told me that they would put my order through with a rush and they would get it out that day. Later that day I got an email saying my order had been canceled. I will never again order anything online from this store and I may never shop there again lol

Whatever you do, don't use their website for In-Store pickup. Thought it would be a good idea since they're promoting 10% off for pickup orders, but in reality their broken website and app won't let you place your order and will instead charge you 5 separate times.Customer service said wait an hour and try again. Nice advice to lose another $30.

I loved pacsun as a teen, but this location is very small & has a small selection. I have also noticed that the prices have gone way up in the past few years.

Turns out I'm not someone who was meant to wear stylish clothes. The trednier the item, the smaller and smaller the definition of Extra Large ends up being. Some very interesting and appealing outfits, maybe worth shopping for a gift if you have any anorexic friends/family. So far everyone I know seems to shop there but never actually buy anything. Just waiting on those XXXL items to come into stock I guess. Friendly staff. I don't think they wear the clothes either.
