“The staff at this store was so good, they turned my very frustrating day around. The young man who helped me knew his stuff. I told him I was moving. He knew exactly what I needed to fill in and cover up holes and get the exact matching paint. He even went out of his way to help me save money, did research and called another store even. The rest of the crew was polite and attentive, and they got my paint ready right away. I could not have walked out happier. In a time where all I get are bots and AI customer service, no Google search or social media video could have provided me with the answers to my questions and add extra advice the way this staff did. I thanked the staff, but I did not tell them why it made my day so much. I had just left Home Depot and had a very negative racist experience with their staff.
