They did a great job grooming my cat and asked very specifically what I wanted done. They also were able to do his vaccine he needed while he was there for grooming. A little expensive but considering all the work they did pretty fair. Would definitely recommend

Dr. Todd evaluated my 13 year old dog for weakness because I was having to pick him up and carry him to and from outside to potty. Dr. Todd suspected it was arthritis and put him on Librela. Wow my dog is like a puppy again, he can run again! I also had two of my dogs teeth cleaned under general anesthesia at a reasonable price compared to University of Illinois animal clinic.

The nicest people work here. Dr Todd is fabulous, informative, and honest. I could not say enough kind words about him, his wife, and the staff. I take my puppies here for grooming which is SO reasonably priced. I was quotes double even triple at other places in town. One place wanted $150 per dog for a bath. I have both my dogs groomed here for about $70. The Bernese Mountain Dog has a torn CCL. I came here for another opinion and really learned a lot from Dr. Todd. I feel much much better now than I did. Teddy had an irritated spot on his skin and it cleared up really quickly with his recommendations. Both puppies were also prescribed some anti anxiety meds which do help with their groomings and car rides. I wish I had come here even sooner. Wonderful place, so accommodating, knowledgeable, and kind. Pics below of puppies after their groom :)

Took our Chihuahua in last Wednesday for a nagging cough. Dr Todd gave sold us antibiotics and some hydration packets.. $159.00. Absolutely no change in our dog. Tried to text Dr Toddbecause that’s the only way to reach him. He says take your dog to the University of Illinois. What? So you’re so incompetent you take money and recommend another veterinarian?
Then he tries to claim he told me this twice. I’ve never talked to him. My wife did and he never told her that. I never thought much of this guy. I’ve told my wife I feel he’s a quack
I highly recommend never ever allowing PetPro around your family pets. Besides quack I now feel he is dihinedt and he is a thief

Dr. Todd and staff are some of the best ever my dog Money was having pain problems and Dr. Todd basically got me right in like it was a emergency because it was no one wants to see there pet in pain. Got me in asap forever thankful and will always recommend the best! A++++!
