Today me and my friend had came all the way down from Peoria to do some plant shopping and neither of the staff never acknowledged us. Never said welcome to our Store is there any particular plants are looking for!! none of that and we are African-American but soon as a Caucasian group of people walked in they greeted them with the most warmest welcome , talking about the plants and everything if you’re gonna run a business like that, you need to speak to all your customers when they walk into the building… serve only white people that’s totally fine. I rather be transparent . This is only white only plants store. We don’t serve African-Americans and you will never have to worry about coming back to your store, but after this, I will never shop at that location.

Feb 24:Still a great store. Very knowledgeable. Always something of interest. Jess was great with questions and helping us understand the care of our new plants.Very good selection of succulents and cacti. Very knowledgeable staff and very friendly. You can select a plant and pot, and have it potted on the spot. Easy location to see from the street. Parking available and handicapped access. Located on 1st floor. There is a magnificent 30+ year old cactus (not for sale) which was seed grown and donated to the store.

Very well stocked with some cool gift options as well! Lots of beautiful plants and pots, very knowledgeable staff, too. I got a moss pole there which is not super easy to find in town.

They had some beautiful plants and I wanted to buy something but the little girl there and the two other kids kept following me around the store like their parents (the owners) told them to watch me because I might shoplift. They quit when I acknowledged their presence and said “Hello!” Awkward. They are just kids so I hope to give this place another chance when I visit town, but please have some respect for your customers and let them browse in peace.

Went to planted for the first time today, and it was lovely! I’m new to plant care, and they were so lovely, answered my questions, and helped me pick two awesome hanging plants. Very affordable with really cute gifts as well.

Calling all plant lovers! Cutest lil shop bursting with great plants and plant accessories (trellises, pots, swag). I bought an adorable curly spider plant! Great succulent selection and many very large plants at VERY reasonable prices IMO. Great selection of pots. Shop local!

Very cute store with lots of trendy houseplants! It's well-kept and they will even pot the plant for you (if you buy a pot and a plant!) Only downside is that some of the plants have a high price point

I love Planted! We bought a few plants and pots there on a trip to Champaign. A maranta (prayer plant), an aglaonema (Chinese evergreen, with some pink), and a small ZZ plant. We also bought pots there (using their advice for what size pots to buy) and they potted the plants for us which was a huge help.This was back in the late fall, and the plants are still just beautiful—they have done so well through the winter and are thriving now with more sun. They were all obviously healthy when we got them, but now that we're headed toward spring and more sun, they are just doing wonderfully.I'll continue to try to make time to go by Planted when I'm in Champaign-Urbana—it's the best plant store experience I've had!

This is such a peaceful place to be! I will absolutely be returning again and again. There are so many wonderful plants, accessories, pots, etc. Every single plant looked wonderful and healthy, and the plants I purchased are doing very well for themselves!

I bought a number of plants almost a year ago, and they have thrived. Long's guidance was very helpful, as I was new to houseplants at the time. The prices are great too, especially for the quality of plants you get. My favorite store!

This place is wonderful. It’s an aesthetically pleasing shop with a great selection of plants and pots. They also sell some other item which are really neat and great for gifts. I’ve bought many plants from here and they are always healthy. They have a nice selection of pots for the same prices you can find online too!
