If I could leave 0 I would, they tow your car constantly as if they need the parking. Out of 3 years living here I’ve never seen every single parking spot full. The workers are just miserable & have nothing better to do than watch the cars like hawks because as I said, nobody comes in there. I hope the workers find god and realize there’s more to life than being miserable & doing good makes your life good & shockingly makes you happy. Or maybe they just need a snickers bar like those commercials. Anyways these people are so miserable it honestly makes me feel bad for them. Hopefully their life turns around sooner where they don’t have to tow peoples car to make themselves feel important

ATM is consistently not functional for deposits. They take care of in branch customers while ignoring drive through completely. You will sit in line for 30-40 mins before being helped.

I would not recommend this branch. No one ever answers their phones, and when I had a serious check deposit issue they acted as if they couldn’t do anything about it. It wasn’t until I called the customer service line and they resolved the situation within minutes.

As I sit in the Drive-Thru and send my deposit when someone finally comes to the screen and say it'll be a minute they then tell me I have to wait for them to take care of everyone in the lobby first. So I'm sitting in the Drive-Thru and I'm watching people come in and out of the building while I'm still waiting for a simple deposit. Where is the customer service what happened to service the person that was there first, maybe I'm unable to get out of my vehicle and that is why I'm in the Drive-Thru. Is my business not AS important only the people that come in to the lobby. I don't know what POLICY YALL have but it needs to be reassessed because sitting in the drivethru for a $200 deposit for 9 minutes is unacceptable.

This review is a about the the ATM machine. 2/3 times i try to deposit a check this machine fails to do so without providing any justification as to why.I end up having to deposit those checks o another bank as a result. That can't be good for their bottom line.

I never write reviews. Absolutely awful. If I could give no stars I would. I went in the other day to change my address and get a bank statement printed but later realized that I had the wrong address put in (my fault). That day I went in a Matt M was working and he was great, he got it printed in less than 5 minutes, with no issues. I went in this morning to get a new statement with the correct address and Samantha Z was working. I stood at the front desk for 20 minutes, asking if there was something wrong with the account. She stayed silent and made me feel stupid for asking questions. She lied and said I couldn’t get a new statement with my updated address because the system wouldn’t update that quickly. I told her matt did it for me the other day in 5 minutes and she basically told me that didn’t happen and it’s not possible. I stood there for another 10 minutes while people piled up in the line behind me and eventually I felt so embarrassed for holding up the line I just wanted to walk out. She didn’t ask anyone for help, if you don’t know how to do it just say that. I also told her I needed to deposit a check and she sent me to another desk, and then when I asked a question to the new desk lady about a charge that was filed on my account that I was confused about, that lady sent me BACK to the front desk to Samantha. I literally just walked out at that point. None of these people that were working this morning knew what they were doing apparently. Made me feel absolutely stupid, embarrassed and uncomfortable for having my account withdrawn and had no whisper to their voice so everyone else in the bank heard what was in my account. I’m mortified. Cried all the way home. I called the Urbana location after that and they took care of me. I’d stay out of this bank as much as you can.

The receptionist Is NOT helpful at all. I reserved a time slot at 9:30 for bank account opening by phone. But When I got there, he just said he did not find that and then ask me to call somebody else and not offering Any other help. I showed him the reservation confirmation email. Doesn't seem to care. You need to do a better job, help me call someone or reserve another time slot! So disappointing and ruin my day.

I'm a 4-year customer of PNC bank and it is today that I know you can no longer buy quarters from this bank. The clerk told me they don't have quarters and 'they don't know what other branch are doing'.I know there was a coin shortage since last year. But the situation is much better right now and some other banks like chase do provide coin exchange.Anyway, very disappointed.

I love PNC. I've never had any issue as a customer here!
