We had a problem with our account and talked to Tamyla to get it resolved. She was super helpful and accommodating and we got everything resolved in 20 minutes! She provided excellent service even though she was working on her birthday. Thank you for your help Tamyla!

I am 54 years old, a US citizen, I living in champaign for 15 years, my daughter, my business and myself, 4 out of 5 PNC accounts are open in this branch. but today I wish to open another account, suddenly asked me for 2 ID's just looks like I am totally stranger, all the people i know were all gone . so I went to Busey to see whether they ask for the same, No! everything is smooth and easy. looks like everything has changed.

I would give it less stars if I could. The website is convenient enough to offer you multiple times to come in and open a bank account. But the manager has set it up to where from 11 to 2 they just won't help you open an account, regardless of your appointment. All those times are listed as available on the website, you can set up an appointment at 11:30 if you want to but you're not gonna get seen until 2 because the manager stated she doesn't staff for that window of time. If you're going to claim to be able to open bank accounts on your website, you should probably handle the schedule more appropriately. Isn't 11-1 the time most working folks have lunch? You didn't even open until 9, you'd been open for 2 hours with almost no customers and yet all your bankers are out to lunch by 11? Ridiculous. After this hot mess, I headed straight to Prairie State Bank & Trust. They took care of me immediately and in less than 20 minutes (less staff, same # of customers). What's PCN's excuse? Does PCN just not like working folk? Are they strictly for retirees? Or do they just hate people who show up looking like they worked hard for their money? Here's my side rant: I should have known the second I walked in there... I asked to start an account and she just immediately corrects me "you mean open an account?" Seriously, wtf was that for? You knew what tf I meant, I guess you wanted to flex your education? Which is hilarious because you can't even manage a simple 3 person schedule tf outta here with your underqualified, classist, and privileged self.

I've never had much of a problem with this bank until today. Went to cash in my loose change and they don't have a coin counter and only accept change if it's prerolled. What kind of bank doesn't take your loose change you've been saving?

It took 15 minutes for this man to figure out how to deposit 1 check. Had 2 other employees just sitting there. I could not get any help. They all just sat there and talked and did not help anyone. Absolutely terrible service.

visited the Kirby location in Champaign today 1/14/21 to inquire about my account. I deposited a mobile check on 1/13/21 from a loan place (tower loans) located in Champaign. The funds were made available the next day. I made a money order, sent Money through Apple Pay, and when I took lunch and tried using my card it was declined 3 times. I immediately logged into my mobile banking and to my surprise all my money was gone. I called the toll free number (on hold for 20 minutes) only to be told to got into a branch. So I did and was greeted by a banker named Muhammad. When I explained what happened all he would say is the check is fraud. We have to investigate. I called the loan place to get them involved to verify the check and Muhammad told the woman at tower loan the check was fraud. The way I was treated today is truly bad for business. Once my funds are released I am closing the account! Rude and very unprofessional!

This review is for the ATM services only. Seems that each time I visit this location and need to use the ATM the interior or exterior ATM isn't working. Just call it bad luck, I suppose. Can't speak to the customer service inside the PNC, as we pretty much do all of our banking online these days. Great location at the corner of Kirby & Mattis. Be careful in the parking lot.
