I've come to this Quest location a few times in the past and had no problems. The service was also very welcoming and helpful. But my experience was terrible on Christmas Eve 2024. The young lady and the clinical doctor were both discussing how stupid it was for them to be open on the holiday. It was very unprofessional to hear their conversation. Also, when I was explaining to the young lady who did my blood work, I tried explaining to her which arm would be best to find a vein because I have thin veins. She gave me attitude, saying to make a fist before I could finish speaking. She was very rude and very unpleasant to be around. This location needs more professional, friendly and efficient staff.

The ladies staffing the lab January 8 were really wonderful. I’d forgotten to print my order and they were so accommodating in letting me know I could come run home and come back without re-scheduling. I appreciated the great customer service and they were both so friendly and pleasant. It’s been a while since I’ve experienced that level of courtesy in a business setting.

I’ve never posted a negative review until today. I will never use them again. Web site and phone said they open at 6:00 am. I had an 8:00 appointment arrived 30 minutes early. There are people waiting outside. The doors are locked no notice. I waited until 15 after my appointment and still closed.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this location. Despite having an appointment, I was forced to wait for over an hour after the scheduled time. To make matters worse, the sole employee working at this location seemed overwhelmed and informed me that they were 'running behind.'
It's unacceptable that this location is so grossly understaffed. If they cannot provide adequate resources to serve their customers in a timely manner, it would be better for them to close the center altogether rather than wasting people's valuable time.

The staff was extremely efficient, a quick and relatively painless stick. Scheduling my appointment was easy and I called the phone number posted online with questions. I was able to get them answered in a very detailed and helpful automated message.

I was pleased about my experience from beginning to end, especially with the technician who did the work. I wish I could remember her name. I asked her but then took too long to do this survey. I also did not receive endless following emails from Quest promoting themselves after I had received the service I had initiated and paid for. They did an excellent job with what I came for and then left me alone, not filling up my inbox with endless unwanted messages.

I was really scared to get my blood drawn as I have a bad phobia and plenty of bad experiences in the past but the ladies here could not possibly have been more kind to me and I swear I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. Highly recommend. I went here for a drug test for a job a few years ago too and also had a pleasant experience.
