My name is Carleen Baker. My car locked itself at the vacuum today. Running, keys in the ignition, dog in back seat. I believe the young man's name is Derick. He was so helpful getting it unlocked. Customer service is such a thing of the past, but this young man stepped up to the plate!!

First time trying Rainstorm, the attendant came over and helped us out. Great service and the bugs and dirt came right off
